Do you have what it takes to join us as an All Star Girl?
Here are some of the qualities we're looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be confident with your sexuality and able to wear sexy barista outfits with pride and confidence
- Must be smiley, cheerful, outgoing, and friendly
- Must be willing to wear full hair and make-up and maintain personal appearance at work. Cleanliness and grooming is of utmost importance!
- Must have reliable transportation
- At least one year of barista espresso drive-thru experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- THIS IS A SALES POSITION -- All of our baristas must be successful sales people & willing/able to up-sell food/beverage services as appropriate
Grabajava has four espresso stands in Thurston and Lewis Counties!
